At Samaan Textile, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of our fabrics and services. Please review the following policy to help us process your return or exchange smoothly.
Return Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unstitched, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Procedure
Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Send the package to the address provided by our support team using a traceable courier service at your own expense.
Once received, we will inspect the items before processing your refund.
Refunds
A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be issued within 7–15 working days after the returned items are received and verified.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted for unstitched, unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached.
The exchange request must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Procedure
Take a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable).
Email the picture along with your order details and exchange request to subhan@samantextile.com.
Ship the item back via a local courier service to the address we provide.
Once the package is received and verified, your exchange will be processed based on stock availability.
Courier Charges
Courier charges for returns or exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Important Notes
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds will not be provided for minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or display screens.
Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or washing are not eligible for return or exchange.
