Express Delivery: Estimated 1–3 business days (available in major cities)

Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations only

Tracking Available: Every order is assigned a tracking number for real-time shipment updates.
Secure Packaging: All orders are packed carefully to prevent any damage during transit.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on location and order weight.

Free delivery may be available for eligible orders or promotions.

Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order is dispatched.

Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted for unstitched, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Procedure

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Send the parcel to the address provided by our support team using a traceable courier service.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

Refunds

A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued within 7–15 working days after the returned product is verified.

Courier Charges

Return and exchange courier charges are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Important Notes

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences are not considered defects.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or washing are not eligible for return or refund.
